Just received the Brooks Launch in both men’s and women’s sizes. The Launch is a lightweight, neutral trainer on the ‘minimal’ side… the heel is 22mm, the forefoot is 10mm high. The shoe will feel light and cushiony and the heel just a bit lower than usual.
